As a single father, motivational speaker, and coach, Adam Alvarado shares his story to remind others that healing from hurt and brokenness is possible. Drawing from his faith, personal experiences, and principles of mental performance, he encourages others to recognize their purpose, build resilience, strengthen their mindset, and discover the potential that already exists within them.

AS A MENTOR, HE FOCUSES ON DISCIPLINE, MOTIVATION, AND OFFERING HOPE AND ENCOURAGEMENT TO THOSE WHO ARE OPEN TO RECEIVING IT. HE IS ALSO DEDICATED TO EMPOWERING COUPLES, EQUIPPING THEM WITH TOOLS FOR SUCCESS.
ADAM GOES BEYOND TRADITIONAL MOTIVATION TO REACH DEEP INTO THE HEART OF TEAMS — WHETHER SPORTS OR BUSINESS — SPEAKING INTO THEIR POTENTIAL, EQUIPPING THEM WITH THE RIGHT TOOLS FOR SUCCESS, AND IGNITING A PASSION THAT LEADS TO LASTING CHANGE.
BORN IN BROOKLYN, NEW YORK, TO AN AMAZING SINGLE MOTHER AND MOVING FROM SHELTER TO SHELTER , ADAM WAS EXPOSED TO CONTENT FAR BEYOND HIS YEARS — EVEN BEING TAINTED BY THOSE WHO WERE SUPPOSED TO PROTECT HIM. EVENTUALLY, HE LANDED IN QUEENS, NEW YORK, IN THE PROJECTS. ADAM WENT FROM BEING BULLIED FOR HIS CLOTHES TO GETTING INVOLVED IN GANG ACTIVITY then becoming a single father of the age of 17.
