breakout sessions

In this breakout session, we will build on the keynote by working in a smaller, interactive group. Participants will gain tools to identify emerging leaders, understand how emotions shape their perspectives and responses, and learn to govern emotions with intention. By staying grounded, we cultivate self-awareness and intentional action so each participant can recognize our unique strength and leverage them to impact their community and the world around them.

Suitable for

  • Educators, school, staff, and students who are actively engaged in leadership and personal development

  • Professionals and family support, addiction, recovery, or peer lead programs such as AA

  • Sports coaches, team, leaders, and church, youth or young adult groups, as well as faith based conferences

Providing space for reflection after a keynote is essential. Keynotes are crafted to provoke thought and challenge both the mind in the heart of the audience. By offering a small group discussion afterwards, we can create a vital space for deep conversation and connection, allowing participants to process and apply the insight they've gained.
